Privacy notice
Updated November 2, 2026
This notice explains what this website collects and why.
What you send
When you send a note, I receive your name, email, phone number if you give one, what you are considering, the price range if you choose one, and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to work on your request. They are stored on this website's server and sent to my inbox. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Notes are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless a transaction requires a longer record. Write to the email below to see or delete what you sent.
Where a visit came from
If you arrive from an advertisement or another website, the site keeps the campaign marks of that link (such as utm_source or gclid) with your note, so I know which advertising works. It keeps no full IP addresses.
Cookies
Cookies appear only when analytics are switched on in this site's settings. Visitors in the United States are counted unless they choose No in the cookie note; visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and anyone whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal are asked first, and nothing is stored before a Yes. The cookie note can be reopened from the footer at any time.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): how visits move through the site, up to 2 years.
- Google Ads (_gcl_*): whether a visit from an advertisement ended in a note, up to 90 days.
- Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc): the same for Meta advertising, up to 90 days.
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk): anonymous recordings of how pages are used, with the form masked, up to 1 year.
- site_consent: your answer in the cookie note, 1 year.
- sessionid: keeps the campaign marks of your first visit until you send a note, 1 week.
